History of Rubenacker Farms

SINCE 1851

Rubenacker Farms started in 1851 when Gottfried Rubenacker travelled from Germany to purchase the farm’s first 40 acres for $1.25/acre. Over 150 years later, we now have our sixth generation working on the farm consisting of corn, soybeans, and wheat in 4 counties in Southern Illinois including Hamilton, Saline, Wayne, and White.
